What could be better than a thrilling descent on a sled back to the valley after a long trek??
At Malga Geisler all this is possible! We have a 6 km long sled track that crosses through the enchanting snow-bound landscape of Val di Funes. Pure fun for the whole family! The sled track is the longest of the Sarco valley and leads directly from our hut down to S Giovanni/Ranui - Funes. You can rent the sleds from us, thus sparing yourself the bother to haul them up the incline and saving time for the descent. This means you can spend many pleasant hours at Malga Geisler. When the weather is sunny, it is lovely to sit out on the terrace and admire the view of the snow-clad Odle mountains. At the same time you can watch your children as they happily build a snowman or cavort in the snow. Inside, our lounges are warm and very comfortable.
While you are there, let our menus entice you to eat a special meal before taking the sled ride back down to the valley.
